I would like to introduce myself

My name is Petra Vermin. 

In September 2003 I came to live with my family in this beautiful area. 

In recent years I have helped many Dutch and Belgians find a holiday home or apartment. I did that together with my friend Anuscka Bonnier via Charme delle Marche. Since January 1, 2019 I have completely taken over. 

I mediate with Charme delle Marche in the rental of holiday homes and apartments in my immediate area: from simple to luxurious accommodations, from modern to traditional Italian furnished holiday homes and apartments, all with a swimming pool. 

The selection has been carefully selected by me. I speak the language, know the area, the houses and all the owners. 

As a 'Dutch Italian' I naturally try, after knowing your wishes and requirements, to inform and advise you, and to estimate where you will feel at home, what is important to you during a holiday, what is fun for children or where to go when it comes to culinary delights.
