Reservation and cancellation conditions

 
1. LIABILITY

Under no circumstances will Charme delle Marche be responsible for the tenants in the event of personal injury, loss of or damage made to the property. 
Charme delle Marche will not be liable or bear any responsibility whatsoever even in the event of theft of money or any other items or burglary at the property.

2. CANCELLATION INSURANCE

Based on our experience, we consider it advisable that every tenant take out cancellation insurance with the Europeesche Insurance Me. N.V. in Amsterdam. In the event of cancellation, the tenant can then claim full reimbursement of the rent. The reason for cancellation must then fall within the coverage area of ​​the cancellation insurance.

3. CANCELLATIONS

Any cancellation must be confirmed in writing to Charme delle Marche. The cancellation is effective from the date that Charme delle Marche received this message.
A canceling tenant owes the following amounts to the owner of the accommodation at Charme delle Marche:

cancellation up to 2 months before the day of arrival: 30% of the travel sum;
cancellation from 2 months to 1 month before the day of arrival: 60% of the travel sum;
cancellation from 1 month up to the 7th day before the day of arrival: 90% of the travel sum;
cancellation from the 6th day (inclusive) up to the day of arrival or later: the full travel sum;
€ 45 administration costs will also be charged.

4. BOOKING CONDITIONS

a) You can make a reservation by telephone, in writing or via the Internet. These booking methods are binding and legally valid for you and Charme delle Marche.
b) The minimum rental period for the house and apartment is 1 week in the high season.
c) In the case of an option, the accommodation is kept free for a few days up to a maximum of 1 week for the relevant tenant. At the end of the option week, without notice, Charme delle Marche is entitled to make the accommodation freely available again.

5. CHANGE RESERVATION

When changing a once reserved accommodation, the tenant owes an administration fee of € 30.00 per accommodation. Changes that lead to the reservation of a completely different accommodation fall under the cancellation conditions.

6. PAYMENT CONDITIONS

After the landlord has agreed with the booking, the tenant of Charme delle Marche will receive a booking confirmation, also an invoice. The payment method is as follows:

30% of the total travel sum must be paid to the owner of the accommodation in question within 10 days of booking.
70% of the total travel sum service to be paid 2 months before arrival.
After making the reservation, the tenant owes the full amount of the reservation to the owner of the relevant accommodation of Charme delle Marche subject to the cancellation conditions.
With earlier departure the cancellation conditions apply.
Please note: In the event of late payment of the deposit to the owner of the relevant accommodation, Charme delle Marche is entitled to cancel the booking and to charge a cancellation fee.

7. RESPONSIBILITY

The person who makes the (advance) payment of the booking confirmation / invoice is and remains responsible for his or her fellow travelers and must be assured that they are aware of the booking conditions and the obligations arising therefrom. In case the booking conditions are not met, the owner has the right to refuse the tenant access to the accommodation.
The following points in particular are important here:

a) The number of persons may never be more than stated on the booking confirmation.
b) The tenant must adhere to the conditions stated in the description of the accommodation.
c) No pets are allowed unless clearly agreed in advance.
d) Upon departure you must leave the accommodation tidy and tidy.
e) On the day of arrival you can move into the accommodation from 4 p.m. or 5 p.m. On the day of departure you must leave the accommodation at 10 am. Unless otherwise stated.

8. GUARANTEE IN THE EVENT OF INJURY

The owner of the accommodation in question can ask the tenant for a deposit upon his arrival. The money will be refunded to the tenant at the end of his holiday after deduction of costs in case of damage or rental of special services. The tenant can also be charged for extra cleaning if necessary. During your stay in the holiday home, you as a tenant are fully liable for the rented holiday home, the furnishings and all matters that belong to the rented accommodation. ALL DAMAGES MUST BE DIRECTLY NOTIFIED TO THE OWNER. These costs can possibly be recovered from your travel insurance. We recommend that you close this.
