General
Villa Collina is a large detached villa and consists of 2 apartments. It has been fully restored in 2010 with a mix of modern and traditional features:
- Upstairs apartment: large ground floor apartment with the driveway and parking and the top floor, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms.
- Downstairs apartment: ground floor apartment with the pool, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.
Set in its own private driveway, on a cul-de-sac, the villa is secluded yet only 400m from the picturesque village of Cossignano with its local shops and bars.
The house offers you a fantastic view over the Marchegian hills, the hilltop villages and Monte Sibillini. The landscape is always changing, there is always something new to discover.
Although fully integrated, Villa Collina has 2 very spacious apartments, making it ideal for two families. These 2 apartments are connected by a staircase in the hall. This makes it possible to use the house in its entirety, but also each family or large children, each their own part.
In the early and late season it is possible to rent these apartments separately. In high season only as a complete house.
The beautiful 12m x 4m infinity pool is south facing and the interior walls and bottom are tiled with mosaic. The pool has a shallow edge of 1 meter deep all around for young children. In the middle part it is 2 meters deep. In addition, a unique feature allows water to flow into a lower one meter wide pool that is only 30cm deep, ideal for young children and babies. There is a solar heated shower.
Next to the swimming pool is a house with a separate games room which includes a table tennis table.
There is also an outdoor kitchen with cooking facilities and barbeque.
Villa Collina (10 people - 300m2)
On arrival at Villa Collina you will come across the driveway. After the gate you immediately have the parking spaces.
The villa has 3 floors. Entering the villa through the front door you enter a very spacious hallway, which has a desk - in case you need to work - leading to a cloakroom. There is also a foosball table standing here.
Here are also the stairs to the top floor and the stairs to the 2nd apartment downstairs.
From the hall you enter the kitchen and living room. The tastefully decorated large living room is furnished with luxurious leather sofas, an open fireplace and a TV with DVD.
The fully equipped kitchen has a double oven, dishwasher, microwave, wine cooler and large gas hob and is fully equipped with everything you need for your gourmet meals!
There is also an extendable table for ten people.
From the kitchen you go out to the extensive raised balcony with a large table and seating for twelve all benefiting from the fantastic views over the hills and mountains. While enjoying an Italian meal, it is incredibly beautiful to watch the sunset here.
An easy, wide staircase takes you to the top floor. There are three bedrooms here, all with en-suite bathrooms and with air conditioning.
Bedroom 1 has a king size four poster bed, a separate dressing room and a large bathroom with walk in shower, bath and twin basins, toilet and bidet.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower, toilet and bidet.
Bedroom 3 has two single beds and an ensuite shower room.
There is a large landing with chairs for quiet reading, leading to a small balcony with morning sun and afternoon shade. With ample windows in all rooms, you can enjoy the fantastic view. With central heating and a fireplace upstairs and air conditioning in all bedrooms, the villa offers comfort in all seasons.
The upper bedrooms have comfortable wooden floors and traditional shutters on all windows, providing shade and security.
The lower floor is on the ground floor with a house with a games room including the ping pong table.
The lower floor is a fully equipped self contained apartment, but internally connected to the upper floor.
You enter a living room with dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.
French doors lead to a beautiful shaded terrace with dining table, chairs and relaxing seating area. To one side is an outdoor cooking area with a gas hob which is perfect for all kinds of outdoor catering.
The utility room has laundry and ironing facilities and is equipped with a toilet and shower that can be used from the pool.
If you leave all the rooms on the ground floor, you can access the lower pool via the terrace with steps.
Bedroom 4 has a double bed with patio doors leading to the patio and an en suite shower room.
Bedroom 5 is a twin room - again with patio doors to the patio - and can use the separate bathroom with shower, bidet and toilet.
