A beautiful and child-friendly detached HOLIDAY HOME for 6 to 8 people with a beautiful view just 25 minutes from the Adriatic coast of Cupra Marittima. For one or two families it is a great house.
General
Casa del Sole is 2 km from the picturesque village of Carassai, on a good gravel path. It is very quiet, despite the fact that there are neighbors on both sides.
The garden is spacious with a private swimming pool of 4x9m. The swimming pool is not fenced. Around it are sun beds and there are various play equipment for children. There is also a BBQ.
On 2 sides of the house there is a large covered terrace with several seats and a large table with chairs. Great to eat in the shade, relax or play games.
Casa del Sole is decorated in a rustic and light style and has a solid and luxurious finish. It is a cozy and child-friendly holiday home.
On the ground floor is a spacious living room with a sitting area and a dining table, with television. A sort of library has been created in an open room. From the living room you walk through patio doors to the terrace by the pool.
In addition to the living room on the ground floor is a very spacious, fully equipped kitchen with dining table and chairs. There is a dishwasher, an espresso machine, a cooling water machine, a combi microwave with built-in toaster, an oven, a large fridge freezer.
Furthermore, there is a special bathroom on the ground floor with a sunken bath with Jacuzzi and a large rain shower. There is also a toilet, a bidet and sink.
There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor.
The master bedroom has a double bed and a cot if required. There is a large walk-in closet for all your clothes and other belongings. Through French doors you reach a large terrace with a beautiful view.
The 2nd bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed. Here too you can open doors to this large terrace with a view of the beautiful Marchegian hilly landscape.
The 3rd bedroom is a cozy children's bedroom with 2 single beds. French doors open onto a small balcony with a view of Carassai.
All bedrooms have air conditioning and TV. The 2nd bathroom with infrared shower is located on this floor. There is also a separate room on the 1st floor with a washing machine, dryer and ironing board.
