Casa della Frutta is a charming and very hospitable farmhouse and consists of 4 apartments:
- Apartment il Pescheto: large apartment on 2 floors, for 6 people, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.
- Apartment il Vigneto: on the ground floor, for 4/5 people, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.
- Apartment i Ciliegi: on the ground floor, for 2 to 4 people, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom.
- Apartment la Quercia: on the 1st floor, for 4 people, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom.
Casa della Frutta is located one kilometer away from the beautiful town of Montalto delle Marche. Within half an hour you are on the beach of Grottammare or Cupra Marittima and within 40 minutes in the Sibillini Mountains.
The house is surrounded by vineyards, orchards, olive groves and forests. The spacious terraced garden offers something for everyone; shaded corners for quiet reading, hammock, picnic tables, pizza oven, children's play equipment.
The beautiful swimming pool is 12 x 6 m and 1.40 m deep and is completely fenced. It is somewhat higher than the house, accessible via a natural staircase. There are sun beds with umbrellas around the pool. There is also a table with chairs under a gazebo where games can be done.
Every week the owners organize a pizza evening for guests. The children and parents can help with the preparation of the dough, cutting the ingredients and making a dessert.
Apartment Il Vigneto (4 to 5 persons - 75m2)
The Il Vigneto apartment is on the ground floor and has its own entrance. There is a large lawn in front of the apartment where children can play. The guests of Il Vigneto can sit outside under the pergola on the grass or under the wooden pergola, next to the apartment.
The interior is comfortable and consists of a living room, dining room with an open kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a double bed. In the other bedroom there are two or three single beds.
Apartment Il Pescheto (6 persons - 92m2)
The comfortable apartment Il Pescheto consists of two floors. The apartment has 3 terraces: 1 terrace on the ground floor and two terraces on the 1st floor. From the first floor you have a magnificent view over the hills and farmlands of Le Marche.
On the ground floor there is a large living room with kitchen and a bathroom. The living room has a long table with 8 chairs, 2 chaise longues and a fireplace. There is also TV and internet.
On the first floor there are 3 spacious bedrooms and a second bathroom. One bedroom has its own roof terrace. There are 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with bunk beds.
Apartment I Ciliegi (2 to 4 persons - 46m2)
Apartment I Ciliegie is located on the ground floor at the front of the house. Opposite apartment Ciliegi is the swimming pool, but the swimming pool is not visible as it is higher on the property. The apartment has its own terrace with table and chairs.
This apartment consists of a large living room. open kitchen with a sofa and a table with 4 chairs. There is a TV and internet. There is one large bedroom with a double bed. In the living room there is a bunk bed. The bathroom consists of a sink, shower, toilet and bidet.
Apartment La Quercia (4 persons - 43m2)
Apartment La Quercia is located on the 1st floor. From the apartment and the small terrace on the 1st floor you have a beautiful view over the countryside and the Sibillini mountains. The guests of la Quercia use the garden terrace.
The apartment consists of a living room or. open kitchen. There is a TV and internet.
There are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The main bedroom has a double bed. The small bedroom has a bunk bed. Important to know is that there is no window in this room.
