A very luxurious, fully restored AGRITURISMO or HOLIDAY HOME for up to 38 people with 9 luxury rooms, large garden with swimming pool, wellness and 20 minutes from the Adriatic Sea at Cupra Marittima.
General
Casa delle Colle consists of 9 B&B rooms. In the summer it will be rented as a complete house for a total of 38 people:
- The ground floor: 3 rooms for 2 to 4 people, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom.
- 1st floor: 6 apartments, 1 or 2 bedrooms. , 1 bathroom.
- SPA relax room in the basement
It has a beautiful panorama over the hilly landscape of Le Marche and the Monte Sibillini. The house is set in 16 hectares of grounds surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and sunflower fields. Outside there is a beautiful veranda with a great view over the hills. A cozy and relaxed place to drink an aperitif and possibly eat.
The outdoor swimming pool is 8x4 meters and is 1.40 meters deep. The swimming pool is fenced. Here you can enjoy the view on the luxurious sun beds. The swimming pool is not really big, more to cool off in!
Common rooms
The Oriental decor of Casa delle Colle is very tasteful, warm and modern with lots of wooden furniture purchased in Thailand. On the ground floor there is a beautiful large open space with a restaurant for up to 30 guests in the winter. In the summer this enormous space is a living room with various dining tables and chairs. There are lounge chairs by a fireplace, a TV, a play corner and a bar. As it is a restaurant in the winter, the kitchen is very large and fully equipped.
The B&B-rooms
On the ground floor there are 3 B&B rooms:
- One double room (room 1-22m2) with a double bed, shower and a private terrace. Is also suitable for the disabled.
- One 4-person room (room 2-31m2) with in one room a double bed and in the second room a double bed (high quality), shower and doors to a private garden.
- One 5-person room (room 3-42m2) with in one room a double bed and in the second room a double bed (high quality) and a single bed, shower and doors to a private terrace. This apartment also has a kitchen unit with fridge, microwave, 2 cooking rings.
There are 6 B&B rooms on the first floor:
- Two double rooms (room 4-23m2 and room 7-25m2) with a double bed, shower and a private terrace. One B&B room (7) has no private terrace.
- One 3-person room (room 8-28m2) with in one room a double bed and a sofa bed (of high quality), bath and doors to a private terrace.
- One 4-person room (room 9-37m2) with a double bed in one room and a high-quality sofa bed in the 2nd room, bath and doors to a private terrace.
- Two 6-person room rooms (room 5-23m2 and room 6-45m2) with in one room a double bed and in the second very spacious room a sofa bed (of high quality) and 2 single beds, shower and doors to a private terrace .
If the sofa bed is not used, the B&B room is furnished with a beautiful sofa and table with chairs. All bathrooms have a shower or bath with bidet and toilet.
SPA
The SPA is located in the basement where you can relax. This space is only open in winter, spring and autumn. The SPA has a large swimming pool, a Turkish steam bath, a sauna and a relaxation room. There is also a gym that you can use every day.
