Casa Vincenza consists of 6 apartments spread over 2 houses: 

There are various buildings on the site. One building is located next to the swimming pool and serves as a library or music room (60 m2). It has its own kitchen and sanitary facilities. A bedroom and bathroom have been realized on the upper floor. It is possible to rent this for 2 people. 

The owner has a large piece of land elsewhere with 300 olive trees and his own vineyard. He grows his own organic products here. After the harvest, he keeps the wine in wooden barrels and the oil in tanks in the cellar of this agriturismo. He will proudly let you taste the wine and oil.

A common outside staircase leads to 3 apartments: Mele, Pesche and Uva. To reach the apartments Pesche and Uva you first enter a common hall. Apartment Mele has its own entrance. 

Apartment Mele has a small seating area with a dining table and 2 chairs. The kitchen is made of stainless steel. The bedroom is spacious. The bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables and a wardrobe. The apartment has a modern bathroom with orange mosaic. This apartment does not have its own terrace but you can always find a place in the garden or by the pool under the wooden pergola.

Apartment Uva is spread over 2 floors which are located on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the large house. Via the central hall on the 1st floor you take the stairs to the 2nd floor. On this floor you will find the living room with doors opening onto the terrace, the kitchen, 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. 

The living room is furnished with a dining table, chairs, a relax couch and TV. Through the living room you enter a large terrace with a wide view over the Monte Sibillini. Apartment Uva has a separate kitchen. 

The apartment has a large bedroom on this floor with a double bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe and its own olive green bathroom. There is a second bathroom on this floor. On the top floor, under the sloping roof of a maximum of 1.90, there is a large open space with a maximum of 3 beds. There is also a 3rd bathroom on this floor.

The apartments Kiwi consists of 2 'monolocale'. Both apartments have one room with a kitchenette, a table, 2 chairs and a double bed. It also has a separate bathroom. Both apartments have a beautiful private terrace with a beautiful view over the countryside and Marchegian hills.
