Casa dalle Mille Viste is a large detached villa and consists of 2 apartments. In high season only as a complete house for rent:
- Apartment Pomodoro: large apartment on the ground floor, 6 to 8 people, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.
- Apartment Basilico: apartment on the 1st floor, 4 to 6 people, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom.
The house is located on a dead end gravel road and stands on a large area where children can play.
The holiday home has a large swimming pool of 5x10 meters with sun loungers and is shaded by a pergola. Casa dalle Mille Viste is surrounded by nature and olive groves and within walking distance of the town of Montalto delle Marche. It offers magnificent views of various villages such as Porchia, Carassai, Ortezzano, Petritoli, Ripatransone, etc. Casa dalle Mille Viste is only a 30-minute drive from the Adriatic Sea and a 45-minute drive from the Sibillini Mountains.
Apartment 'Pomodoro' (6 to 8 people - 250m2)
Apartment 'Pomodoro' is located on the ground floor and has its own entrance. It consists of a spacious, modern kitchen, a large and beautiful dining room and a cosy, cozy living room with wood stove. The apartment has WiFi and an I-pod dock station. In the cupboard in the living room is a new Samsung QLED Smart television with Bose surround on which you can use your own subscriptions (Netflix, etc.).
The kitchen is large and modern and has a cooking island with bar stools. It is fully furnished and fully equipped, such as an American fridge with water and ice maker, dishwasher, combi-microwave oven, coffee maker, slicer, etc. There are patio doors to the beautiful covered terrace. Here is a large table and chairs for 10 people. From the terrace you have a breathtaking, unique view over the Marchegian hills.
In the vaulted cellar is a beautiful hall with a two-hundred-year-old wall. This is where the 3 large bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms and a separate toilet come out. The vaulted cellar is on the same level as the swimming pool. From one of the three bedrooms you can jump directly from the bed into the pool. And from the bedrooms you also have a magnificent view over the Marchegian hills. The cross vault bedroom and the beamed bedroom have a double bed. Both bedrooms can use the shared bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. The barrel vault bedroom has a double bed and a private bathroom with shower and toilet. This bedroom is adjacent to the pool. In the vaulted cellar is also the storage room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Appartement 'Basilico' (4 tot 6 people - 90m2)
Apartment 'Basilico' is located on the 1st floor and has a private entrance. The apartment has WiFi and a music system with 3.5mm IPod connection. It consists of a spacious, cozy and cozy living room and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. It is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher and oven. In the storage room is the washing machine with iron and ironing board. Behind the kitchen sink is a staircase with a door to apartment 'Pomodoro'. This door will be open when both apartments are shared. From the kitchen you can reach the terrace with dining table and chairs. From this terrace you have a beautiful view over the Marchegian hills.
Adjacent to the kitchen are the 2 bedrooms and the bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds and a wardrobe. The bathroom is modern with 2 washbasins, shower and toilet.
