Il Tramonto is located on the outskirts and within walking distance of the beautiful medieval town of Offida.
Very special is that you imagine yourself in the tranquility of the Marchegian hills but that you are only 500 meters from the village. You are also in 25 minutes on the beach of Grottammare.
Il tramonto has a very large terrace with stunning views of Offida, the Marchigian hills and the Sibilini mountains. You reach the house through an automatic gate. There are 2 houses on the site. The owner's parents live in one of them. The owner and her 2 adult sons live on the 1st floor in the other house.
The apartment is on the ground floor. The terrace is large with some beautiful trees and flowering plants. It is completely fenced. Here are sunbeds and tables and chairs so that you can eat outside. You find also a lounge sofa with chairs where you can relax. You can also relax in the hammock. There is also an outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven. There is also a jacuzzi on the terrace.
The pool is 6 x 12 m and descends from 1.50 m to 2.30 m deep.
The tennis court is higher than the house and pool and can be reached via stairs.
The apartment is modernly furnished with here and there Italian and rustic elements.
You enter a spacious hall with a separate kitchen on the left. The living room is an open space with patio doors to the huge terrace with amazing views over Offida and the Monte Sibillini. The living room has a large dining table with 6 chairs. This table can be folded out into a 14 person table. There is also a nice sofa and a TV.
The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. It has a dishwasher and an oven.
There are 3 separate bedrooms. All three bedrooms have their own bathroom.
The 1st bedroom is a beautiful bright bedroom with a modern double bed, a spacious wardrobe and a bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and sink.
The 2nd bedroom is very spacious and also has a sturdy double bed and a spacious wardrobe. Following a modern bathroom with rain shower.
The 3rd bedroom, a suite, is very spacious. The bedroom has a double bed, large wardrobe, dresser cupboard and a sitting area with sofa bed. Adjacent are 2 simple bathrooms, each with a shower, bidet, toilet and sink.
