Villa Dante is located on the outskirts, and within walking distance, of the pretty medieval town of Offida, famous for its fine wineries. Very special is that you imagine yourself in the tranquility of the Marchegian hills, but that you are only a 10-minute walk, or 2 minutes by car, from the village. You are also in 20 minutes on the beach of Grottammare.
This beautiful house with rustic elements for 8 people is located 1.5 kilometers from the lively village of Offida and can be reached via a well-maintained road. The road to the village offers a magnificent panoramic view on both sides. Grottammare Beach is 18 km away. There are several houses on the road where Villa Dante is located.
The house and garden is completely fenced, closed by a closed, electric gate. The beautifully landscaped garden around the house is flat and well-maintained, with olive trees, flowering plants, and a lawn where children can play.
The pool is 5x12 m, and 1.50 deep. Surrounded by lawn. Around the pool are sunbeds and umbrellas.
On the large terrace at the complete rear of the house there are seats and you can enjoy an amazing panoramic view of the hills and the various villages on the hilltops, typical of Le Marche.
To the side of the kitchen is a large covered terrace with a large dining table and chairs. There is also a barbecue here.
A little lower is a small house with a built-in barbecue. On the adjacent terrace there is a spacious dining table where you can enjoy a meal together and enjoy the aforementioned and famous view.
The very friendly, charming owners live in the house next to Villa Dante.
Upon entering the ground floor you will find yourself in a spacious hall. To the right you enter a spacious living room with a large corner sofa and two armchairs around the fireplace. Through large patio doors you can access the spacious terrace with various seating areas. The living room is very bright and sunny, with a romantic, cozy decor.
To the left of the hall is the spacious, rustic kitchen, which is more than fully equipped, with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, food processor and espresso machine.
From the kitchen you walk through French doors to the covered terrace where there is also a barbecue.
Next to the kitchen is a spacious pantry. There is also a bathroom with a toilet, bidet and washbasin.
Next to the living room is a small room with a double bed, which serves as the 4th bedroom.
The 1st floor can be reached via an open staircase in the living room. At the top you are in a spacious hall where there is also an outside door to the outside staircase at the front of the house.
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs. The spacious master bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe. There is room to place a 3rd bed or cot. Ensuite is a bathroom with sink, shower, toilet and bidet.
The nice 2nd bedroom has a double bed and a large linen closet.
The 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed. In this bedroom is a closet wall over the entire length, behind which is also a washing machine and dryer. Through French doors you reach the roof terrace. The laundry can also be dried here.
The 2nd bathroom on this floor has a sink, shower, toilet and bidet.
