General
Villa dei Pini is a stylishly restored house in the picturesque village of Rosora, located near Ancona. Ancona airport is less than half an hour's drive away. There are several restaurants in the area. And of course many wineries, where you can directly buy the delicious and famous wines such as Verdicchio (white) and Lacrima (red).
Villa dei Pini is located on an easy through road and stands on a flat plot of approximately 2000m2, completely fenced, with an automatic entrance gate.
The swimming pool is 10x4 meters in size and is 1.60 meters deep. Around the pool are several sunbeds and lounge chairs, from where you can enjoy the beautiful view over the hills of le Marche. On the covered terrace is a large dining table under the portico, where you can eat together or play games in the shade. There is a pizza oven.

The villa consists of 2 floors. Inside there is an apartment that can also be involved in the house. Villa dei Pini is modern, rural and tastefully decorated. The Villa was completely restored in 2016, with many authentic elements preserved, and it has become a cozy holiday home.
You enter a large living room, which is divided into 3 areas. In the middle part is the open kitchen with cooking island. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, oven and dishwasher. On the left side of the kitchen is a large dining table with 6 chairs. On the right side you will see the living room with fireplace. Here are 2 divans and also the television.
French doors in the kitchen area lead to the large covered terrace. Here is a large dining table with 6 chairs.
On the ground floor there is also a closed room containing the wardrobe, an area with, among other things, the washing machine and a separate toilet.
Via a stone staircase you go to the first floor. From a spacious hallway you have access to the master bedroom with a large double bed. The beds are 2.10m long. This bedroom has air conditioning. Adjacent is a spacious bathroom with 2 sinks, a large walk-in shower and toilet.
The second bedroom also has a large double bed. And here too there is air conditioning. Next to this bedroom is a 2nd bathroom, with a toilet, a sink and a spacious walk-in shower.
Apartment (6 to 8 persons)
You enter the part of the apartment through a door that can also be locked.
On the first floor is the bedroom, with a large double bed. Through a small landing you enter the living room with a cozy sitting area. The sofa is a 2-person sofa bed, for the 7th and 8th person.
French doors lead to a spacious terrace with a beautiful view over the Marchegian hills.
A staircase leads to the ground floor on the landing. Downstairs you are in the kitchen. This is basic furnished. There is a dining table with 4 chairs. French doors lead you out into the garden.
The apartment has its own front door. In the hall is a large wardrobe.
There is also the third bathroom with sink, walk-in shower and toilet.
