Villa dell'Arco is located in le Marche, near the medieval village of Sant'Elpidio a Mare with breathtaking views over the beautiful rolling hills to the sea in the distance.
The villa has been completely renovated according to the criteria of ecological sustainability and green building and transformed into an elegant holiday home with swimming pool, equipped with 14 sunbeds, and therefore ideal for large families or groups of friends who want to enjoy an outdoor holiday, a sign of relaxation, immersed in nature and tranquility, but only a few minutes drive from the sea (7 km) and city center (3 km).
The villa is surrounded by a large enclosed garden and is equipped with a barbecue and a gazebo with a large table and chairs, where it is possible to eat together outside. At the front of the house, near the kitchen, there is a garden shed, equipped with a large dining table with chairs and a barbecue where you can enjoy a delicious meal together.
The villa also offers a special above-ground swimming pool (4x8 m) for exclusive use, equipped with sun loungers, sunbeds, tables and parasols, surrounded by greenery with views of the hills and the sea in the distance. Villa dell'Arco (12+2 people - 300m2)
The villa was built in the 1970s but, as written, completely renovated and made energetically independent with a photovoltaic system and heat pumps (hot-cold). The typical details from the 1970s have been preserved and the house also contains some furniture and accessories from that time, creating an eclectic and tasteful whole!
The villa is on one level.
A large entrance separates the living area from the sleeping area. The large living room is very bright thanks to the large windows overlooking the pool, the hills and the sea. The large loft that covers the entire width of the living room immediately catches the eye.
The living room has a large dining table for 10 people, which can be placed next to another table, present in the living room 3 steps lower, if there are more guests.
A huge and special fireplace separates the dining room from the living room, where there are sofas, armchairs, TV, tables and a piano.
The open kitchen is modern and fully equipped with all necessary utensils and is equipped with an electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Pots, plates, cutlery and glasses are more than sufficient.
A staircase with an ornamental wrought iron railing, original from the construction period, leads to the mezzanine floor which is a further relaxation area with bookcase, games table, sofa and armchairs, with beautiful views of the swimming pool, the typical Marchegian hills and the Adriatic Sea. With these spaces, each guest has the opportunity to have their own space while staying with their friends or family.
From the hall you go to the other part of the house, the sleeping area.

- a quadruple room with a double bed (160x200) and a bunk bed (80x190).
There are 3 bathrooms, one bathroom with bath and 2 bathrooms with shower.
