Incredibly beautiful and luxurious VILLA with 4 apartments for a total of 16 people with an outdoor kitchen, beautiful garden and a swimming pool, just 1 km from the Adriatic Sea at Cupra Marittima.
In the high season this house can only be rented as a complete house!
General
Villa Romana consists of 3 floors. It can be rented as a complete house or as 4 separate apartments:
- Apartment la Mandorla: on the ground floor, for 4/5 people, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom.
- Apartment la Noce: large apartment on 2 floors, for 6 people, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.
- Apartment la Ciliegia: on the ground floor, for 4/5 people, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.
- Apartment l'Oliva: on the ground floor, for 2/3 people, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom.
Villa Romana is beautiful and completely free between the Marchegian hills, the sunflower fields and vineyards, just one kilometer away from the beach in Cupra Marittima. This beautiful villa has been completely restored in 2017, under architecture. The authentic character has been preserved. However, a contrast was made with beautiful, trendy, innovative and sustainable materials, such as a lot of wood and glass. Every apartment has its own entrance. There are mosquito nets for all windows.
The Villa is accessible via a gravel path of 250 meters that can be closed by a gate. On the right is the villa, on the left is the parking space. The parking lot is nicely hidden so that you have no view of the cars from the house. A narrow, long pond has been created along the villa in the beautifully landscaped garden with many pebbles. The house is situated on a terrain of 8 hectares in total, but the cultivated garden is approximately 2500 m2.
The pool is slightly higher than the house and can be reached via a wooden path. The salt-water swimming pool is 5 by 10 meters and is 1.40 deep. Various terraces have been created around the swimming pool. One large terrace for shared use with dining table, chairs and sun beds. And 4 smaller private terraces, one for each apartment, with sun beds.
Between the villa and the swimming pool is a garden house for shared use with a fully equipped kitchen, including pizza oven and large dining table. It looks like a conservatory with all the glass. These windows can be slid open over the entire length and width, giving you the feeling that you are sitting outside.
On the lower floor is the laundry room with its own washing machine for each apartment and the possibility to dry the laundry outside, neatly out of sight. The owners of Villa Romana have really thought of everything to satisfy their guests and have not cut anything. It is truly a unique accommodation so close to the sea.
Apartment la Mandorla - middle floor (4 persons - 75 m2)
This apartment is on the middle floor and near the garden house. The entrance is via the 1st private terrace. Upon entering you are in the living room or kitchen. The kitchen is very special. The work area of the kitchen (countertop, hob, sink) can be made visible by sliding away the worktop, a thick solid wooden construction. This creates a bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, hob, combi microwave oven, dishwasher and fridge.
The apartment has 2 bright, spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed. There is one modern bathroom with a large walk-in shower with a high rain shower, especially for the tall people. Furthermore, a toilet, a bidet and a glass sink.
Via a bedroom it is possible to go through to the 6-person apartment. But normally this door is invisibly closed.
Through the other bedroom you enter the 2nd private terrace where you can eat or sit and read.
Apartment la Noce - middle / top floor (6 people - 100 m2)
This apartment also has the entrance at the height of the garden house. Upon entering there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and sink. Via a comfortable staircase you go to the top floor where you enter the living room. A modern kitchen has also been installed here, with the cupboards in the wall concealed.
This kitchen is also fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven and fridge.
On this floor there are 2 more spacious bright bedrooms. And a modern bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet. From the living room through French doors you enter a huge terrace (50 m2) with a view of the swimming pool. Here is also a large dining table with chairs. Also a few sun beds.
Apartment la Ciliegia - lower floor (4 persons - 75 m2)
This apartment is on the lower floor. This is really a very nice apartment with its authentic vaults and a beautiful terrace with antique wells that have been transformed into ponds. The terrace offers privacy.
Upon entering you are in the living room and kitchen. The great thing about this kitchen is that the worktop cq. breakfast bar is made of glass and is based on an olive tree stump from the garden. This kitchen is also fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven and fridge.
On both sides of the living room is a large bedroom with its own bathroom. These are separated by a frosted glass wall and each has a shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
Apartment l'Oliva - middle floor (2 to 3 persons - 50 m2)
This is a small, fairly simple apartment with a bright living room or open kitchen, a dining table with 4 chairs and a relax couch. It is possible to place an extra bed in the living room. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a narrow bathroom with shower, toilet, sink. In front of the apartment is a gazebo with a table and chairs where you can eat.

Info
- If necessary, heating will be calculated based on consumption.
- Air-conditioning consumption will be charged and settled on the spot.
- A deposit of € 200.00 is requested and will be refunded subject to any damage or extra costs such as wine, dinner etc.
- In the low and mid season it is also possible to arrive on other days than only on Saturdays
- Dogs are allowed in consultation
