General
This rustic house with many romantic elements for 8 people is 2 km from the lively and nice village of Offida and can be reached via a well-maintained road. Grottammare beach is 16 km away. The house has a beautiful view over the sea and over the Monte Sibillini and of course over the rolling Marchegian hills. There are several houses on the road where Villa Rustica is located, but at a suitable distance.
The beautiful garden has a flat terrain, completely fenced, and is fantastic for children to play in, certainly because there are also play equipment. The delightful garden is beautifully green, with beautiful plants and trees. There are many fruit trees, from which you can pick grapes, apricots, apples and peaches.
On the large covered terrace are a large dining table, cozy seats with umbrellas and a nice barbecue. From here you have a view of the swimming pool and the Marchegian hills. Because of the outdoor lighting it is also nice to stay home in the evening and eat outside, read or play a game.
The garden and the swimming pool offer complete privacy. The pool is slightly lower than the garden and the house and can be reached via an easy staircase. The swimming pool is 11 x 5 meters and goes up to 1.80 m deep. Around the pool are sun loungers and seats with parasols for those looking for shade. At the edge of the pool is an outdoor shower.
On the ground floor you have a large living room to the right of the corridor, with a large dining table and a sitting area by the fireplace. Here is also the television with Playstation 2, which can also be used as a DVD player. You enter the covered terrace through large patio doors. The living room is very light and sunny, the decor is romantic and classic due to the beautiful large family heirlooms.
To the left of the corridor is the spacious kitchen that is more than fully equipped, including a pasta machine, toaster and espresso machine. There is also a large utility room with an extra large fridge with freezer and the washing machine. Downstairs you will also find a spacious toilet.
On the 1st floor are 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The bedrooms are furnished in a traditional Italian style with robust wardrobes and antique beds everywhere, but with new mattresses.
One bedroom has a double bed and an additional single bed. There is also a desk with a laptop that you can use.
The 2nd bedroom has a double bed. The 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds. And then the 4th bedroom is a single room. If necessary, scrolling can be requested.
The bathroom on this floor has a sink, a shower, a toilet and a bidet.
