Villa san Martino is a stylishly restored house in the picturesque village of Monte san Martino. This villa is very suitable for one large family or for 2 families who want to spend their holidays together. The house is located against the old center of the village of Monte san Martino, near Smerillo. In the village there is a supermarket, a bar and a restaurant.
Villa san Martino has a swimming pool of 9x4 meters and is descending from 1.65 to 1.20 meters. Around the pool are various sun beds and lounge chairs, from where you can enjoy the beautiful view over the hills of Le Marche.
The 2-storey house (300m2 in total) is located on an area of 2000 m2. The garden is flat, with lots of grass and play equipment for children, including a trampoline. How wonderful it is to relax in a hammock on a warm, lazy afternoon in the shade. In the garden there is a large dining table under a gazebo, where you can eat together or play games in the shade. There is a barbecue available.

Villa san Martino is modern and brightly decorated, with typical Italian influences. Villa san Martino has recently been restored and has become a cozy holiday home. You enter a large living room, divided into 2 parts. In the middle part there is a sitting area and a desk. With a few steps you go to a room with a fireplace and 2 large round tables, each with 6 chairs. On the other side of the ground floor is the large kitchen with a cooking island. The kitchen is very well equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a washing machine, a fridge, everything you need to turn cooking into a party with beautiful Italian products. Here is also a dining table with chairs, in case you want to eat inside.
Via a corridor that can be closed by a door there are 2 spacious bedrooms on the ground floor, each with a double bed. There is also a bathroom with a shower, toilet, bidet and sink. There is also a 2nd bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and walk-in shower on the ground floor. On the 1st floor you first enter a room with a desk and a bench near a stove. From this room it is also possible to go to the garden via an external staircase. On this space come 4 bedrooms and a bathroom. 3 bedrooms have a double bed. There is a child's bed in one of these rooms. In the 6th room there is an ironing board and can be used as storage. But if desired, 1 or 2 single beds can also be placed. All bathrooms have a modern finish and are spacious and light, with a sink, a toilet, a bidet and a large walk-in shower. On the other side of the house there is room for a separate apartment. This will probably be realized in 2020.
